Becoming You is an 8-week hybrid group program beginning Tuesday, May 28, 2025, and concluding Tuesday, July 16, 2025. The program includes:

Four in-person evening sessions held in Squamish, BC (biweekly), Four live online teaching + practice sessions (via Zoom), Access to a private resource portal with replays, recorded meditations, and downloadable materials, Bonus resources including cycle awareness tools, seed cycling handouts, and conception meditation recordings. Ongoing access to course materials for the lifetime of the course (see below)

Access & Delivery

Participants will retain access to all digital course materials for the lifetime of the course. Should significant changes be made to the delivery model—such as transitioning to a subscription-based platform—access terms may be updated. In such a case, you will be notified in advance and given the option to agree to new terms or forfeit continued access.

Attendance Expectations

Due to the experiential nature of the work and the intimate group size, attendance—especially for in-person sessions—is a vital component of the program. Participants are strongly encouraged to prioritize attendance to receive the full benefit of the experience. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Refund Policy

Please note that all sales are final. Due to the limited group size, live delivery format, and the nature of the content, no refunds will be issued for any reason. By enrolling, you are committing fully to the program and your personal journey.

Payment Plan Terms

If you select the two-payment option, the first payment is due upon enrolment. The second and final payment will be automatically processed 30 days after the initial transaction, using the same payment method on file. By choosing the payment plan, you agree to complete both payments in full.

Access & Delivery

Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the full course content. You will retain access for the lifetime of the course. Should the delivery platform or access model change in the future (e.g., transitioning to a subscription format), you will be notified in advance and given the option to agree to updated terms or discontinue access.

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the course for any reason, you may request a refund within 21 days of purchase.
